We were recently given permission by the MBIE to begin shipping a limited range of our La Marzocco Home products to help improve New Zealanders’ quality of life at home during the lockdown period. As our online shop re-opens, we also wanted to let you know that we are available to help fulfil your customers’ orders as well. We are operating with contactless delivery and in order to follow the guidelines provided to us and limit interactions, we are offering to ship machines direct to your customers.
How Does it Work?
For any home machines you order from us, we can fulfil these direct to your customer via contactless delivery during Alert level 4 and reduce the number of courier stock movements. Please contact us at email@example.com as usual and we will send through your invoice for payment via bank transfer, which is required before shipment is made.
We won’t be offering our usual customisations or installation options at this time, but if your customer is interested in personalising their machine, we are available to help via phone or email and after the Alert Level 4 is lifted, we can book it in.
