We design and build our equipment to the highest standards of craftsmanship and our industry leading warranty reflects that commitment to support our customers. That’s why our standard machine warranty provides two years of manufacturer’s coverage, including parts, labour, and travel.

Tips: Make sure you have your proof of purchase on hand, your machine’s serial number and relevant images of the defect in question to upload with your warranty claim.
We accept .jpeg file formats.
To make a claim:
- Have your equipment’s serial number ready.
- Include images and/or video of the defect.
- Submit via the Warranty Claim Form
IMPORTANT: All warranty claims must be authorised by a La Marzocco representative prior to repair or remedial action.

Parts (Non-consumable): 24 months from the date of dispatch.
Labour and Travel: Technician’s Labour & travel are covered for the first 6 months from dispatch.
Labour cap: coverage is limited to a maximum of 2 hours per callout
Travel cap: up to 2 hours of return travel per visit.
Parts (Non-consumable): 24 months from the date of dispatch.
Labour: Labour is covered for the first 12 months following purchase.
Labour cap: Coverage is limited to a maximum of 2 hours per callout
Travel: Includes 1 hour of return travel per service visit
Pico Grinder: This is a return to base warranty which includes the first 30mins of labour
Warranty activation: Required at the time of purchase via lamarzoccohome.com/warranty.
Travel allowance: The first 100 km are free of charge, thereafter charges at a rate of $2.00 per kilometre is chargeable.
Parking & tolls: Not covered by warranty and charged at cost where applicable.
Exclusions
Consumable items (such as gaskets, seals, and water filters).
La Marzocco will not cover the cost of repairing damage or problems caused by misuse or abuse of the machine and ancillary equipment, failure to provide water, power or waste services, or failure to operate or clean the machine as per LMNZ written instructions and/or the user manual
Work carried out by third-party or unauthorised technicians — in these cases, installation and service issues remain the responsibility of the installer. This means not approved by La Marzocco due to lack of competency, unregistered electrical workers, or use of non-genuine parts.
Consumer Rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes those rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to additional remedies under the Act, including repair, replacement, or refund.
Standard Parts Sales Warranty
All parts sold separately (outside of a warranty replacement) are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Labor, installation, and any secondary expenses are not included.
Excludes work carried out by third-party or unauthorised technicians — in these cases the issues remain the responsibility of the installer. This means they are not approved by La Marzocco due to lack of competency, they are unregistered electrical workers or use of non-genuine parts.
Replacement Parts Warranty
If a part covered under the original warranty fails and is replaced, the replacement part will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. However, if less than 90 days remain on the original warranty, the replacement part will instead be covered for 90 days from the date of replacement.
Supplied by La Marzocco are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
This manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes the guarantees you are entitled to under the Act. Depending on the nature of the product and circumstances of the fault, you may be entitled to remedies under the Act beyond the 90-day warranty period, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
- Misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation
- Any related costs such as installation, removal, or transport
PUQPress Pro thirty-six (36) months on all non-consumable parts, from date of dispatch. All other PUQ products attract a Twenty-four (24) months warranty on all non-consumable parts. This is a return to base warranty which includes the first 30mins of labour. Warranty Excludes shipping costs to and from La Marzocco .
Twenty (24) months parts warranty from the date of dispatch.
Travel & Labour not covered by warranty.
Twelve (12) months parts warranty from the date of dispatch.
Consumable items are excluded. i.e burrs or grinder blades
Travel & Labour not covered by warranty.
We stand behind the quality of our installation services. When your equipment is installed by us we guarantee the workmanship of the installation.
- Commercial equipment installation workmanship is warranted for 6 months from install date.
- Home equipment installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months from install date.
This warranty covers only the installation service itself (such as plumbing, electrical connection, mounting, and calibration) and does not extend to the machine, which is covered separately under the product warranty.
Exclusions
This installation warranty does not cover:
- equipment or parts (which are subject to their own manufacturer’s warranty)
- Wear and tear, misuse, or neglect following installation
- Issues caused by environmental conditions (such as poor water quality or electrical supply)
- Installations carried out by third-party or unauthorised technicians ( Any such installation-related issues are the responsibility of the installer, not La Marzocco)
Panel finishes provided by third-party suppliers, such as powder coating or electroplating, are warranted only to the extent that la Marzocco receives a warranty from the original supplier.
The standard coverage is typically 6–12 months, depending on the supplier, and applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship of the finish itself.
This warranty is strictly limited to the panel treatment and does not extend to labour, travel, transport, or onsite costs associated with removing, reinstalling, or servicing the affected part.
Any claims must be assessed against the terms offered by the supplier, and remedies (repair, re-coating, or replacement) will reflect the supplier’s own warranty obligations.
This provision is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which may provide further protections
