La Marzocco New Zealand offers coffee machinery servicing for all types and sizes of commercial customers.

This includes coffee machinery installation, emergency repairs, routine maintenance and machine refurbishments.

All service and repair jobs use quality La Marzocco Genuine parts, and our local La Marzocco Technicians are a direct link to the La Marzocco factory who built your machine. Equipped with the latest tools and diagnostic equipment, they can quickly diagnose an issue, make a repair, and update firmware.

La Marzocco also offers technical training. If you have an in-house licensed technician, you can request a deep-dive technical session with our La Marzocco Technicians. Regular trainings are held at our Auckland HQ and are tailored to model specific sessions.

La Marzocco Service is accessible through the purchase of a Service Package, currently available in the Auckland region only.
