Engineered by La Marzocco’s team in Florence, the Modbar Pour-Over pairs advanced brewing technology with effortless usability. Through an intuitive interface on the above-counter tap, baristas can create and save custom brewing profiles, adjusting for different coffees or pour-over methods.
Each tap includes a flow-through heating system to ensure absolute temperature consistency, while interchangeable shower inserts make it easy to adapt to various brewing devices.
For cafés that want to expand their capacity, a second tap can be added without occupying additional under-counter space—or it can be modulated with a new hot water tap, offering programmable doses for cups, rinsing, or tea service.
This system also marks a new chapter for Modbar’s connectivity. The Modbar Pour-Over is the first of its kind to connect with the La Marzocco app, allowing users to manage recipes, configure settings, and monitor performance directly from their phone.
