The best way to understand who we are is to experience us up close. That’s why we created AirBridge — an exclusive journey for our partners that goes far beyond a factory tour. It’s a full immersion into the soul of La Marzocco.

After an eventful few days at HOST Milan and La Marzocco’s Out of the Box, we were able to share this special experience with a small group of guests who had travelled all the way from Aotearoa to Italy. From Milan, we journeyed south into the heart of Tuscany, the home of La Marzocco and the place where our story continues to evolve.

Over three days, our AirBridge group visited our factory in Scarperia, where every machine is meticulously handmade in the hills overlooking Florence. Seeing the assembly process up close is always inspiring, but it’s only one part of what makes this experience meaningful. AirBridge also opens the door to our culture, our values, and the way we approach coffee, craft, and hospitality.

Guests explored the historic streets of Florence, experienced incredible Italian cuisine, and enjoyed a series of memorable moments. One unexpected highlight came after dinner one evening, when the group walked down to the Arno just in time for a spontaneous fireworks display over the river. A bit of magic that couldn’t have been planned.

The journey also included a visit to the Accademia del Caffè Espresso, where participants could dive deeper into innovation, history, and the future of coffee. The Accademia is a space built for learning, inspiration, and open conversation among people who share the same passion for the craft.

And of course, there was time to connect over meals, stories, and the shared joy of discovering a place that feels both historic and alive. Because for us, connection and celebration are just as important as everything learned along the way. That human element is one of La Marzocco’s core pillars.

AirBridge offers a rare look inside a company built on people, passion, and purpose. It’s a chance to understand why La Marzocco is more than a brand — it’s a community.
